2 Corinthians 7 : 10. Repentance with no sorrow or regrets.

Hello friends!

I do hope you all are well and safe in these days and times and that your family is well too during these holiday times. As it gets closer to the time when JESUS will return we see things happening that seem to be the warnings in the Bible of things to come. It is good for those who do want to be with JESUS, and sorrowful for those who have been running from JESUS all of their lives.

Those who do not want anything with our beloved GOD and HIS son JESUS will not be going into heaven for they will get what they want. They have chosen to live by their way and not GOD’S on this side of heaven. For why would our beloved GOD force anyone’s soul to be in heaven with HIM if they don’t want to be there?

GOD will give those lost souls what they want, to spend their lives in hell with satan and the fallen angels that listened to satan too. This is very serious as to how we and what we chose. If one does not read the Bible, they are very easily turned away from GOD and HIS directions for a good simple peaceful life. They have no instruction from the Bible.

2 Corinthians 7:10

“For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.”

King James Version (KJV)

I love reading the Bible. For it is the perfect instruction for everyday life. You know in the Bible there are Parables. These Parables are good examples of situations that can happen even today. There is no time limit for sin and the situations sin can cause. People are people. There are plenty of people who are rich and powerful. There are plenty who are so poor they have no food, and are too weak. Too weak to really do anything to help themselves get out of the situation they are in. All or any energy they have is to sit on the ground and beg for food.

Then there are those who are rich and powerful that have so much that they do not care about anyone in need. As to blame the poor for being poor, as though that is what they want to be. There are people who did have money and lost it became poor for whatever reason. Then became homeless. Living on the streets. This reminds me of Luke chapter 16 verses 19 to 31.

Rich Man And Lazarus Parable

Luke 16:19-31 KJV

Luke Chapter 16

19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:

20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,

21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.

22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;

23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house:

28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.

29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.

30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.

31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

The rich man named Lazarus died before he chose to repent, living a life with all he had wanted and needed. Powerful and able to buy all he needed. And the beggar was sent to heaven. Comforted by Abraham. Lazarus was left to suffer in hell.

The road we choose in life is up to each of us. When we meet people who do not know JESUS and are very good people , doing what is righteous but not saved they will stand before JESUS to be turned away from entering heaven. There are no words as to how awful that will be on that day.

Our beloved JESUS is the only way into heaven, not by just being nice. It these people had accepted JESUS as their LORD and savior they would have been let into with the other saved souls. And this is my point today in this post. Those who are like Lazarus right now before the return of JESUS who will not change and repent , are enjoying what they have right now. And will have regrets later for all eternity for not turning to JESUS and accepting HIM into their hearts.

Please do pass this message on to others so that they will share the blessing of GOD’S word and know. Know that only JESUS is the way to heaven and not works. And for those who have not accepted JESUS as their LORD and savior to learn what they need to do to be saved. For eternity is forever.

JESUS will be coming soon, we just do not know when.

Peace and blessings to you all!
