I was given a cutting of this plant and I was wondering  who has the expert knowledge about plants to I.D. this beauty.

Plant id help please. I have the cuttings from the mother plant you see here in the picture rooting in water in water right now.

Who can tell me what the name of this plant is, and how to care for it?
