How do you practice self-care?
Pampering myself. Be it inside for the soul , or for the body outside.

I have a place that I have some quiet time at. If I don’t have it. then it will seem like I am going continuously! And that could be very stressful if I was not smart enough to take time for myself.
Self care is very important to maintain good health both mentally and physically. I tell my husband when I need my quiet time to myself, and he understands me well.

Then there is the self care I need to connect to GOD in prayer with my husband. This is what I will call getting my spiritual bond with my husband charged.
My husband and I will get our bonding with our beloved FATHER GOD charged up in prayer. We will always need this in our marriage. We are one, as man and wife.
Self care is needed in this world of stressful situations that come along once in a while .
I take the time I need to get back on track with my mind, body, and soul. Helping myself first. I can not help others if I am not taking care of myself!

I try to remember to get the right amount of rest every day. With all I do all day, sleep is delicious!
