When children are out there celebrating Halloween, they are in it for the candy and the innocent fun they have dressing up. They see all of the symbols of demons and evil about them and see it as fun. They will chant “trick or treat” as to get ready for the all of the candy they expect to get!
But when you think about all of the stores items in the displays, they have dead things, witches, and darkness. This is all done in the dark of the night to celebrate the prince of darkness.
Once you research was to when Halloween came about, in your christian heart you will feel uncomfortable participating in this holiday. So I don’t. But this is my choice, and because I looked things up, I want to share this with you.

Now if you listened to the video above, these men explain as to why it is not good to celebrate Halloween as for it represents darkness.
From the transcripts:
“those deeds of darkness I think that’s
01:23
what Paul is talking about at least in
01:25
part in places like Ephesians 5 and
01:02:28
Romans 14 and 15 and first Corinthians 8
02:31
and 9 where the Apostle Paul talks about
02:33
Christians eating food that was offered
02:35
to idols it’s not a direct parallel to
02:38
Halloween but certainly the principles
02:39
that are in those chapters would apply
02:41
to something like this and I think
02:43
there’s maybe three basic principles
02:45
there maybe more but three that I want
02:48
to mention that are very important and
02:50
I’ll phrase them in the form of
02:51
questions number one is this activity
02:54
something that dishonors Christ that’s
02:57
a question that Christians need to ask
02:59
first Corinthians 10:31
03:00
whether you eat or drink whatever you do
03:02
do all for the glory of God
03:04
so can I glorify God in doing this
03:07
activity that’s the positive way of
03:08
stating it or on the negative side does
03:11
this activity actually dishonor the Lord
03:13
in some way if it does then Christians
03:15
ought to avoid it then a second
03:17
principle or second question is this
03:20
something is this activity something
03:21
that violates my conscience and Paul
03:24
brings that principle out especially in
03:26
1st Corinthians 8 and 9 that it is a sin
03:29
to violate your conscience so Christians
03:32
should not participate in anything that
03:34
violates their conscience and then a
03:37
third principle third question is
03:39
this an activity that might cause a
03:42
weaker brother to stumble in other words
03:45
another Christian who has a more
03:48
sensitive conscience than I do if they
03:50
see me doing this and then they do it
03:53
themselves will they be led into sin
03:55
because they’ll actually be violating
03:56
their conscience so we want to be very
03:59
sensitive to the conscience –is of
04:01
others and that’s part of looking out
04:02
for one another in the body of Christ so
04:05
these are the basic principles that
04:07
would apply to how Christians ought to
04:09
think about liberty issues and I think
04:11
Halloween would be one that would fit
04:12
under that category.”
I love how Pastor Fred Price Jr. explained all of this about Halloween in detail.
We who do love GOD and His son JESUS should not have anything to do with it. For we ca not do what is popular with mankind. We must do what is popular with our beloved FATHER GOD in heaven. For it GODS heaven we want to go when our flesh is no more and our soul seeks to rest. Were we will know what peace and true love is….there in the presence of GOD in HIS heaven and JESUS his beloved son.
Stay in prayer, keep your faith. Even if you think you are alone living around these secular man-made ways, you are not. GOD in heaven and HIS beloved son JESUS is with us always and into all of eternity long!
Praise GOD!
