Spreading the Gospel on rocks!

Matthew chapter 6 verse 21 July 30th 2017

You really rock LORD!

There is a thing going on right now with people painting rocks of encouragement and joy throughout the country right now. And when I saw this last year, I wondered about this and thought is was cute. That’s nice to use rocks like this. And there are so many of rocks in my yard even that to spread the word of the LORD would be awesome. I don’t even think that I would run out of any by no means.

Even if the craze dies down, the scripture that I put on them will still make an impact on those who find them. I did a few already and have had them picked up. This is something that was done originally for artists to place the rock and have people just keep it. But right now there are many groups on Facebook that have taken the idea to spread this everywhere. You find one in one spot, move it to another. You can replace it with one you have made up too.

It is a form of reaching out to people and giving them a smile, showing an act of caring on a stone/rock. Sending out a prayer. Some people just draw on them only with no message. And people smile from ear to ear when they find these hidden rocks and post them on the Facebook pages showing that they did find the rock by holding it up in their picture.

I find that when I spread the word on the rocks , it is my form of ministry in away. I pray that the rocks will find a person that needed to get the word that I was encouraged to put on the rock. Seeing on the rock the scripture, and the verse that is written down on it. They are able read it and look it up. You don’t need a Bible with you now a days to read the Bible , you can use your cell phone if you have the internet on it

If you decide to do the same thing as to spread the word …..here is a site to get you started with some verses. I love our GOD and HIs son Jesus so I want all to know about them so they will be saved and encouraged to be saved. I always #GOOGLE when I dont have my big Bible with me.

This is such cool stuff to do that is relaxing too. All ages can do this and spread our loving GODS word. The rocks are free, the paint 50 cents a bottle right now at Wal-Mart, and the word is encouraging to anyone down in the spirits. They may look down and see a rock you have made and decide to keep it because of the message you have put on it! You never know.

I find that many will see these rocks best in parks. Out in the open where there are plenty of people around. Some make travel rocks that will go all over the country and beyond too. So let GODS word travel and be solid as a rock!

Enjoy your day, and have peace with you always!

Racial fetishism and stereotypes in 2017.

black woman white man married to each other 2017

Growing up in downstate new York there were many people in my life who were good friends that were not black. Latino, Chinese, Polish, Jamiacan, and Cuban. And that was cool, but as a child you really didn’t notice your friend to be different as long as you saw eye to eye on GOD we all believed in HIM, playing outside in the fresh air, had the same taste in toys , clothes and food.  Being close in age was another thing we had in common. And we were in the age group of being too young to date and never wanted to. Life was real good as a child.

Our Moms were all good cooks and we would share our food with each other when we came outside, had the same kind of dolls in different colors, liked to watch the same kind of tv shows and did not like certain subjects in school like math! LOL!

All was good being a kid back then. No worries with Mommy, Daddy, Grandmas cousins and other relatives looking out for us all. No worries, just needed time to play.

But we got older and we met new people in school who were not raised in the same mindset as we were. They came from other places, as we had learned when we were in school at an older age what they were like then too. I suppose that was around puberty. And is when things started to get a bit mean.

The racial crazies was something that seemed so evil. Things would pop out of a persons mouth that like they were going insane with anger or just calmly saying something that was stereotypical of what the conditioning that happens when people make things up to keep things divided from human kind to another.

Then you learn the hate that comes from people like that, and not all white people are this way because if you played with white kids as a child…you already know this. They were the cool ones. And these are the ones that will stick up for you no matter what. I had 3 growing up that is like this to this day.

When we decided to date, we first and foremost wanted a mate that would pray with us and go to church with us. We wanted our children to attend church and for all of us to pray in the household and live as how GOD wanted us to live as a family who loves GOD. A family that has JESUS as their savior and wants to do what is right by GOD at all times as best as we could. We know that people can not, so we have the faith that JESUS saved all mankind from the sins we have done in our whole life. I did forget to mention that as kids we even played church because we loved church so much.

See when we dated people outside of our cultures they had to be on the same page on faith and to be equally yoked. This is very important, because there will be confusion in the household if there is no union of equal faith. So color is not the issue. Faith and the love of GOD and HIS son is.

Faith is at all times first. Because no man or woman should come between a married couple, ever. That includes friends, family and the inLaws. It is not right in the eyes of GOD, it is written that the spouse will cling  to each other. Genesis 2:24.

When people these days in time see people who are married or dating to be married , there are still some people out there that see it as a fetish. It is simply a union between a natural man and a natural woman. No other nonsense, because these people are people who still to this day and time in the year 2017 who are caught in a stereotypical mindset. Racial fetishism is wrong and disrespectful. It is not a GODLY way of looking at things if you think that people of color are to be used as entertainment for sexual pleasures.

Racial fetishism

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racial_fetishism

When you see a mixed culture couple, don’t assume. When you see a same culture couple, don’t assume. It maybe better not to mind their business if you feel you don’t understand why they are together by nit saying anything.

Being in a mixed culture marriage I get the confused people making odd statement of stereotypical judgements when we are out. We can be standing talking to each other and someone will come up and interject their opinion on what we are talking about.

White men who have seen me with my husband will flirt and get in my way assuming I would have and interest in them because they have seen us together. Women will come up and talk to my husband as though I am not there, ignoring me starting a conversation. And glare at me if I say something to my husband.

When we are grocery shopping and are putting our items on the counter, the cashier will ask if this is the same order and to add this together. Or to ask once the items are added up look at me and ask or a EBT card. Also when we were putting our groceries in our car, some people who were parked next to us in the parking lot blurted out…”Oh they must be living together!” As though we were living in sin, and my husband and are not legally married . But we are in the eyes of GOD and on paper. Such  narrow-mindedness some people have!

I understand those EBT cards are for people who have DSS accounts. So you can tell just how twisted the thinking is when it comes to people who are not open-minded. And when my husband pays for it and they do not see that card…a look of surprise comes over them.

Black people do this as well, black men will even have a white woman and will assume the same thing. No matter how well dressed we are and they are not, they will assume I am being kept. With the white woman right next to him looking on. Other black women in the same type relationship as mine really don’t stare or anything they are paying attention to the man they are with and their kids.

I read this article. It is not very nice how people treat each other in regards to just not treating people different from you as a toy to put is mildly. http://hellogiggles.com/fetishization-black-women/

The whole point to this was to say that if you are stuck in the mindset of seeing people color and judging them by that alone over what someone was using as propaganda to make people other than your kind to look bad and your kind to look better.

We all need to stop it. We all need to live in peace and enjoy our lives with the ones we love and want to spend our lives with.

Peace and blessings.

Mark 12:31

Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed…

Jeremiah chapter17 verse 14 2017

Pain be it physical or mental can be an miserable thing to endure. Some people may go through different levels of it more so than others. And not everyone’s tolerance of pain is the same ever. So some may need more tending to from a Doctor than others regarding the medication they will need to take.

And pain is something most people suffer with at some point in their lives no matter how young or how old you get to be….you feel it. Mentally of physically. The exception is of course those who can not feel pain with a certain medical condition. But they too can feel a mental pain through life other challenges. Love interests, jobs, failures or what ever.

Psalms 147:3

“He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.”

And we know that in the Bible there were doctors that were able to give others the relief they needed and they were able to continue with their tasks of the day. Just like there are people who are good Doctors out there doing their best to save lives as best as they know how.

Luke was a Physician
Though, we can’t be certain about every aspect of Luke’s background, we know he was referred to by Paul as “the beloved physician” in Colossians 4:14. He likely had a comfortable life in Antioch practicing medicine, but he chose to sacrifice that life of comfort to follow the Lord. Henry Morris, of the Institute for Creation Research, shares this of Luke’s physician background
,

I have had pain that took a couple of hours to days to heal…..it would peak then level off to no pain. I have prayed over these pains and relief did come to me. Some people will have cronic pain like the pain in the joints. Some will have heart felt pain like a loss of a loved one that was called home or is far away where it will take hours to travel to see them. Neither one is good to experience and go through. I have called on Jesus and He did hear me and came to give me comfort.

Isaiah 41:10

“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”

The comfort coming from one who will love you so unconditionally and all of your whole life long is so awsome. No human can do that. Jesus came to my help many of times in my life and will continue to do so just like it says in scripture.

I thank you JESUS for always giving me comfort at all times. And I do mean at alllll times. When you are at home and too sick to even go to a Doctor, when you are heart broken and need your loved ones, when you feel like you are alone, and even when you know He is right there…..and not alone it is a loving comfort that can not be measured by mankind.

Here is some scriptures to read. I do pray that they will all give you the comfort you may feel you need right now at this very moment in your life. Ask Jesus and you will recive the comfort you are needing right now.

Power is in the prayer and the faith to back it up. Have a blessed heaking day and until the next time…

Peace.

The LORD is my Strength! Always!

Psalm-27-1

Psalm 27:1

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

This is so very true, so true I need to give GOD the glory and the praise! Thank you Father God for all that you do to give your children who love you the comfort that they need at all times.

For those of you that at going through a “test of faith” or a “exercise of faith” this is something to encourage you to keep on plugging through it until you see the light at the end of the tunnel. By the end your soul and your faith will have gained some serious muscle.

Psalm 37:39

“But the salvation of the righteous is from the LORD; He is their strength in time of trouble.”

I have prayed to GOD , asked JESUS for help and to send angels of comfort a I deal with situations that are out of my control. Joy stealers, people who are NOT on “GODS Team” but are on the opposing team where they love sin and the sin that they are in. They can see and sense you are different ….and may not know why really. They just seem to not want you around or may find a way to destroy you with the weapons they may come up with.

But because they live in sin, they are not really sure how to deal with you except by their own understandings of wickedness. Therefore they will fall by their own hand and weapons they create as it is written in Psalm 37.

I remember as a child a man was talking to a younger man and said to “leave those Christians people alone. Do them no harm, for they are protected by GOD. You will never get away with trying to hurt them. They are good people. You’ll see…” The younger man waved his hand at him as to say shut up. And went on his way. He found out that the older man was correct.

When I was going through a situation this week and needed to have the blessings of GOD fall on me…..I looked up to the sky. And at that time I felt a warm comfort as though GOD was telling me HE is with me and will give me comfort. I cried tears of joy because I could feel a tough of warmth with me.

Psalm 138:3

“In the day when I cried out, You answered me, and made me bold with strength in my soul.”

Going through not enough sleep……dealing with the situations at hand could not have been done alone. It was awful while in the midst of it….but then I could feel GOD with me. My tears stopped and I gained focus and strength! And I persevered on. Found the light at the end of the tunnel and was able to pull through the no sleep, stressful situation, waiting and hard time.  Grateful to have GOD and HIS son JESUS always with me. I will always need the LORD. I will always need GOD and HIS son JESUS to get through this life and do not want it any other way.

Matthew 19:26

“But Jesus looked at them and said to them, ‘With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.’”

I know this is not heaven, and that everything will be easy for me or anyone else. But without the power of the one on most high, the creator of life, the one who wants us all to be saved so we can make it into heaven to b with HIM for all eternity long…..life would not be worth it to me without HIM. I need GOD and HIS son JESUS. This is where my strength come from because I do trust in HIM.

2 Corinthians 4:16

“Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.”

Philippians 4:13

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

2 Timothy 1:7

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

Be encouraged and fer not for GOD is always with you and me. Just ask for HIS help, and HE will answer if you listen.
