Is there an age or year of your life you would re-live?

The question being,” Is there an age or year of your life you would re-live?”. Nope. And no thank you. Whatever I went through that was good was good for that first time and is a memory to itself that that cannot be duplicated at all or relived. It would take away from that moment being special!

Like the first time you see the faces of your newborn children, the first time holding them and thanking GOD for the privilege of birthing a baby into the world. Holding them and loving them at first sight. And having them look back at you so innocently and peaceful. As if they know you love them too.

Hoping you will be a good parent to them always. Being a parent is very, very hard to do. There are so many issues that will happen that are unexpected. Misunderstandings. Cost of caring for your babies and the attention you need to give them besides your love that will never go away. Never.

Every day was special. A learning experience too. I tell you I must have changed 30,000 diapers in total for all of my children. From cloth diapers to Huggies. Washing clothes, feeding them, taking them to the doctor for checkups, taking them to school and picking them up.

It is good to be married young and have your children if you can. Energy is the key to keeping up with them and still having to work in a 2 wage earner household.

All of these things in life teach us as to be ready for the next time around, like for the next child, and the next and so on. But I could have never been able to make it through any of the trails in life without our beloved FATHER GOD there to teach me and lead me through it.

There were plenty of good times that I cherish. And there were the not so good times too. I most certainly do not want to relive those days. I see them as a lesson learned to avoid doing that again!

How much would you pay to go to the moon?

There is no reason or need for me to go to another planted or to the moon.

I feel if GOD wanted mankind there on the moon, we would be there. This planet was created for life as it is right now.

There would be no life such as animals, plants, water, and sealife. No birds or bees.

We would need to wear protective clothes and need oxygen to breathe. Can’t grow food, no water to drink.

Who wants to be in a situation like Matt Dimon in the movie “Martian”?

Not me.

Making tomato Sause from the tomatoes from the garden I tell you is a yearly treat that will have you know that you are blessed to have our beloved FATHER GOD allow you to grow your veggies!

We picked enough to fill a 5-quart crock pot or slow cooker if you prefer, which was about 5 to ten pounds. You don’t have to add but a 1/2 cup of water to the batch because there is a lot of water in tomatoes.

I cut them up after coring them, left the skins on. We don’t mind the skins and the seeds. The Sause will cook down smooth in about 8 hours.

Use you crock pot or slow cooker. On medium to get it going and not to burn. Check and stir to see if it is sticking at the bottom or else the whole batch will taste burnt.

I this as after about 3 hours in the crock pot.

Take out the stick blender and work at it until it looks like this. Season with salt and pepper and whatever you want in it. Wash and sterilize your lids and canning jars. Fill the jars with the sause 1/2 from the top of the jar. Put into canner with an inch of water in the canner. Use the metal grid at the bottom of the canner, add the quarts for the required time at your sea level and size of your canning jars. Check for more info at this site below!

Now see, after all of the hard work you have made tomato Sause that can be used the whole year long depending on how fast you use it. And this will give you the feeling of your hard work being fulfilled and filling for all of your meals. I do thank GOD for being able to do this too. Without GOD we cannot do anything.

What food would you say is your specialty?

Hello everyone

I hope you all are well and safe 🙏🏾. We all need to eat at some time during the day. And to make sure we are eating right. I was raised by southern traditions even though my parents were New Yorkers.

The moral standards, manners, and types of food are a part of it. My grandmother was a very good and excellent cook.

So I will say southern cooking would be my specialty. I like that as a ten on a scale of 1 to ten.

Genesis 9:3 – Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

Matthew 6:11 – Give us this day our daily bread.

Psalms 34:8 – O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

Genesis 1:29 – And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

Hello all!

Most people have no clue that I write a blog. Let alone a Christian blog at that. They are consumed in the things that they do that is non-Christian so much that they feel so relaxed around me and begin to talk about the situations they are involved in that put them into trouble.

By the time they know what I do, it is in shock. And they feel convicted about what they have said and have done. I can’t judge them, only GOD is the judge. We all have sinned; this is why our beloved JESUS had to come to earth to save us all.

I have not even said anything about the LORD at all. And they are surprised when I tell them that I don’t get paid for it either!

I do these posts to give GOD the glory, tell others about salvation, so that they too will know about the LORD and be saved. We all will need to have our souls end up somewhere good for all eternity. But many people assume that if they are a good person they will end up in heaven on the works that they do.

Not so.

Ephesians Chapter 2

⁸ For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

⁹ Not of works, lest any man should boast.

If we messengers do not spread the word of GOD to others, they may never know. And since most people do not read the word of GOD, they will be a good person going to hell because they did not accept JESUS as their savior.

And this is not good. It is awful to think about. When you see a football stadium filled with people, imagine how many of them will actually be going to heaven. Heaven is big enough for us all if we choose to be right by GOD and obey HIS loving will.

I do hope that we all behave, repent, ask JESUS into our lives and make it in there to heaven. We will all meet up there seeing each other for the first time and be as one there standing before our beloved FATHER GOD.

When was the first time you really felt like a grown up (if ever)?

When you have to deal with this type of responsibility it is the end of childhood.😔 You not only will need to file your taxes at the end of the year, but you will need to pay sales taxes when you buy anything. State and local taxes are removed from your paycheck as well as Federal.

It is not fun when you have realized how hard you have worked and how much taxes are taken out and given to our Uncle Sam. I always wondered why we call him “Uncle”.

I recall as a child seeing my parents file their taxes. Never smiling. To me it looked like homework that had to be done once a year. All of the figuring and writing that they were doing that seemed like it took hours to do. I thought to myself,

“Gee, I am glad I don’t have to do that. That looks hard, why didn’t they do a little each night the whole year before this so they wouldn’t have so much to do now?”

Why America pays taxes.

Taxes provide revenue for federal, local, and state governments to fund essential services–defense, highways, police, a justice system–that benefit all citizens, who could not provide such services very effectively for themselves.

Okay. So now I know why now. It has to be done at a certain time when the W2’s are sent out. And now I know why they complained about how much taxes were taken out too!

Yep, those taxes will make you grow up real fast.

What’s a topic or issue about which you’ve changed your mind?

When I was growing up as a child, halloween was all about candy. Trick or treat. I learned about it from attending school. Classmates would bring that celebration from what they have been doing into school.

Or the teacher would bring the idea in to introduce it to us kids by just telling it was trick or treat dressing up to get candy. Good, clean, fun as she explained it.

See, I would get candy when I wanted it all year round. And I didn’t see what the point was with this day to make it more special than Christmas. And halloween was always at night.

As a child, I went to bed at night. I didn’t go door to asking for candy. I saw the only difference between halloween candy was the way it was wrapped for halloween.

I didn’t fit in with kids who celebrated it anyway. Those of us kids that got along were teased because we were weird Church brats. That’s okay, considering how those kids turned out as adults. Nothing good.

Wanting to know more about this , I did research. Halloween has Celtic pagan roots from Europe that were brought here. The pagan pagan was of English, Irish, and Scottish peoples. They worshiped the demon Samhain on the 31st of October every year.

I am not telling you what to do, just informing you of what I learned regarding celebrating this event.

You will choose to or and celebrate or not. With anything you do does not have GOD in it and celebrates the opposite of what is righteous, reconsider it. This is your soul you need to protect.

The gathering of your friends and family can be done without adding evil to it. JESUS will return at any time. And to be caught celebrating samhain is not good. 😔

Please research for yourself. Read GOD’S word. Google info on halloween. It is better to repent and right than to regret later from being wrong.

Your life without a computer: what does it look like?

1 Corinthians 10:31

31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.

When I was a kid we didn’t have a personal computer. Those computers were only in offices, schools, or any city offices. Like what you saw in the movie “Ghost ” with Whoopi Goldberg.

Imagine that we couldn’t look things up that were current for the moment. Like the weather or to print out needed information or craft patterns or recipes.

I personally don’t know what it would be like without a computer because even our cell phones are hand-held computers.

Sheet music, too. I would have to depend on regular snail mail. Or drive down to the music store to get sheet music. There are no printable pdf files to download to save time and money either

Nehemiah 2:18

With no computer, there are no updates to go on a computer or having it crash. Losing information you were typing up to save in a file so you can turn it in for your report for school or work.

The thing about this blog is that I can reach people all over the globe. The computer can get it done in minutes as compared to weeks via the postal service.

As in all things we do in life ,we as Christians should put GOD first in all we do in our lives. Give glory to GOD at all times. In everything we can humanly do.🙂🙂🙂

What’s the trait you value most about yourself?

Not being a perfect person who walks the earth. Only our beloved savior can claim that as when HE walked this earth.

I will say that I do love GOD and HIS SON JESUS with my whole heart, mind soul, and strength.

To be right with GOD is my righteous desire. Heaven is where I need to be when my days are done. To be able to see The Creator of all life.

So I would consider this a trait that I do value.

The people that are close to me be it family or friends thinks the same as my husband and I do.

So when we pray together, there is unity. This is something we all share as a trait as family and friends.

That is a comfort zone. Fall of us to be like-minded.
