When you work full time and have chores to get done, at some point, I need a break. Work is work. My chores are the responsibilities you have as an adult.
Yes, a peaceful break can make you smile! Not really wasting time if you need it!🙂
And it is time-consuming to aim to cover it all when you can not. Some things need to wait.
But even a 20-minute to half hour of peaceful bliss of “wasting time” as just watching the clouds roll by or noticing how your garden is growing will let you relax.

I relax when I need to. I suppose it may be considered wasting time just sitting and doing nothing for a bit. Not wanting to” burn out”!
But for me, it is just peace away from the busy part of the day.
GOD has given us grace. 🙏🏾 And this gives us mankind a chance to choose heaven or hell.

Have you ever wondered why GOD allows wicked people to do what they want?
Why the wicked seem to get away with what they can do?
We all are sinners. We are of the flesh and sin st some level every day no matter how young, old, or in-between. We are sinners.
We are made In the flesh. We should know better instead of pointing a finger at lost souls. We need to understand that we all sin.
We all need JESUS.
Not one of us will make it into heaven unless we accept JESUS as our savior. No begging or pleading will make JESUS change HIS mind and allow us into heaven if we have not repented and ask JESUS into our hearts.
John 14:6
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

So if GOD got rid of all of the wicked people right now today, then we all would be sent to hell for all eternity. JESUS made a way to get out of that situation of going to hell.
GOD does not want to send any of us to hell. People make that choice of not wanting GOD in their lives. So for as in death they choose the same thing. 😔
I like to have the garments I make look neat inside and out with finishing the seams! Serving will do that!
When it comes down to trying to make ends meet, earning a living and finding ways to fix or make things my family has taught me well. From sewing, cooking, soapmaking, and gardening.
My husband is the same way, too! If he can make it or fix it , he will. As with the guy stuff like repairs to the house and property.

On my end, I really do like learning new things. No one was born straight out of the womb, the knowledge of baking bread . I wanted to know how to do it.
Soapmaking is something that fascinated me from a child when my grandmother’s sister made soap!

I still like trying new things. And of course doing things myself and not having to depend on shopping for it in the stores. We can’t depend on stores always having what you need when it is affordable.

I can’t really say I had a “crush ” on anyone in particular. Only because most of the boys I knew when I was a child seemed …mean. Mean because they were hitting girls and running away from the girl.
I asked my Mother. “Why do boys like to hit girls and then run?”
She said, “Because they like her.” Calmly as she was washing dishes.
In my mind, at the time, I thought that was mean to hit someone you liked. Mixed message if you had asked me!
But you see that I picked Michael Jackson. I had thought he was talented, and I was impressed. Never saw him hit a girl or woman. Plus, not bad looking.
So Michael Jackson is or was as close to anyone I can think of right now worth mentioning. He is one who was popular for 3 generations and beyond.
What I understand, Michael Jackson, was a jehovah witness. So when i learned that it removed any “Crush” feelings I may have had. I am not a jehovah witness. Our understanding of who JESUS is totally different. I know that JESUS is a Devine being from FATHER GOD.
Chapter 23

JESUS was no wimp. He obeyed GOD. He showed mankind the example of how us mankind should live here on this earth. To live as how GOD would have us to live.
JESUS was perfect, clean without sin, and the son of the most high one and only true living GOD. JESUS is Devine and was from heaven
HE came from heaven to save our souls, not to condemn anyone. To show us peace and a way to heaven to be with our beloved FATHER GOD.
It must have been awful to see what we mankind was doing to each other. The smell, what was seen, what was heard as compared to heaven.
HE was strong and steadfast in faith. Trusted GOD the FATHER. Prayed and obeyed the instruction of GOD.
And then, knowing that the people you come to save in love ❤️ hated you. Then seek to kill you for your efforts.
Let us remember what JESUS has done for all mankind. What will you do for HIM?
My beloved JESUS, thank you for all you have done, are doing , and will do. For those of us who love you, we await your return!
Which food, when you eat it, instantly transports you to childhood?
My Grandmother used this brand. And chose the old fashion that took longer to make.
Warm delicious comfort food that went a long way and was affordable is just right for the tummy. And when it’s made for you by a loved one, it tastes even better.
On Sunday mornings before Church, or when we were home for dinner. This is one of the meals that reminded me of my childhood. The comfort food that truly was comforting. It filled me up and stayed with me till dinner time.
Southern cooking. And to me my Grandmother was the best cook in the world. Yes, I am sorry to say better than my Mothers because my Mother was a working Mom back then.
Praising GOD on Sunday, eating a good meal and meeting your Church family was like food for the soul and food for the body all in one day!
And let’s not forget the slab bacon slice you get with your grits and one egg. As a child, I had a glass of milk or juice to wash it down. 😋
Just one slice is all you need of fried seasoned pork belly or slab bacon.
That’s not a video of my Grandmother cooking the bacon. But l remember what I ate, and learned how to fix it in a cast iron skillet as she did.
She was a wise GODLY woman. Taught me how to be like her. And to make a good breakfast. Thank you GOD for my Grandmother and the wisdom she gave me.

Inner peace just being alone talking to our LORD and savior.
The feeling of confidence and even being secure about yourself I will say comes from the LORD
And knowing your limitations without being insecure. You know what you can handle. If you have tried before to do a particular thing with a sincere effort
But then realizing that is not for you and you move on. Not your calling. It was taking away your inner peace. It doesn’t fit just like the wrong piece to puzzle.
Being happy does not depend on others for it.
If you have to depend on others to be happy, you will be disappointed. When you depend on the LORD GOD, you will never be disappointed. GOD knows your heart. Whatever is wrong, GOD will ll fix it if you have your faith in check.
Being confident, but not conceited.
Be confident in the LORD. Not by your own strength. We can not do anything without our beloved FATHER GOD and HIS SON JESUS to get through this fallen world.
So, by knowing your limitations and keeping your contact with GOD and HIS SON JESUS, we can do all things .

And that’s what is my favorite thing I like about me. Keeping my faith in GOD gives me the confidence, peace, and encouragement I need.

Sewing clothes to wear or anything that I can make to sell from the sewing machine.
I would love to believe I am a virtuous woman. I would love to be so because not only am I aiming to be the best I can. But there are some similarities between what the chapter said this woman had done can do.
So this means all of us can have goals to obtain or maintain. It is not easy to be righteous. Sometimes the road of righteousness can be slippery just one spilt second and you can begin to fall. But you get back up and keep on moving along.
My goal I have chosen is to please GOD 1st, and then that will intern please too because I am being righteous by GOD.
As how Kermit the frog would say it ain’t easy being green? It’s not easy being a Christian either !

When I retire as I am sure many do want no Bill’s laying around on your way of being retired from a job.
If these two are retired, healthy, financially secure and happy that’s why they smile!❤❤❤
When you have put your years into the secular jobs you have had that were honest but not Christian based you want to relax and have fun
I see people at work who will be retiring soon in a month or two. Those people say that they will find plenty to do when they leave.
But for those of us who love the LORD know our jobs you fo not retire from because being a messenger of GODS word is a life long job I do love.
I don’t want to see anyone be left behind and not know the goodness of GOD a d HIS grace through HIS son JESUS.
If we as Christian people dont spread the good news to give people the good news and they have never heard it, how will they then know?
