One of my GOD given talents is art.

What are you good at?

I think GOD has given us mankind talents. Because GOD is the creator of all creation, we have the ability to create too. 🙂

And it may not be just one thing, it could be a talent you learn like sewing, cooking, building things or being able to give people comfort as you touch their hearts when they are in need of compassion.

I do like to draw, though. I got the interest for it from my beloved aunt, who was an artist. She was a very good artist too. I would sit next to her and watch how she held the pencil and drew on paper. How she prepared the canvas she was going to draw on. She painted it white with a base coat and drew the idea out on that canvas when it was dry .

Then, she began to color it with oil based artist 🎨 paint. Mixing it on an artist palet to get the right hues. I tell you, it was cool watching her make those beautiful paintings.

So now it’s my turn. I even have had my artwork displayed in the local Art Galleries here in Upstate NY.

FASST artists display in Binghamton, NY. Yes, this one picture is a bit blurry. I want to be the only one to profit from my artwork. These new phones of today can have ones work stolen and printed out in minutes. 😒

This drawing was done for an art contest. People had to vote it in for a winner.

I do enjoy drawing. And I draw what comes to me. I want to and do draw religious tracts. Anything to help spread GODS word 🙏🏾 respectfully. I thank GOD for the gift HE has given me.

Now I see my children doing artwork too. A good thing is passed down to the next generation again through GOD’S grace!

Memorial day 2023.

If there are no more wars, then there are no more killings or wounded veterans.

I give thanks to those who gave their lives to fight in these wars that were created by those who may not have even been at the battle front themselves.

I don’t and never did like the killing of mankind. For as a mother, it is awful to see all of the men and women who fought in these man-made wars killed, mamed ,and disrespected when they come back home.

Many who gave crossed over to be with the creator from war never made it back home. Loved ones don’t know what happened to them. That’s awful, to say the least.

These brave men and women who did not die in battle and made it back home should never have to pay for any medical care ever. For they sacrificed their life , body , and mind for war. So they should be allowed to get full medical coverage they need paid for by Uncle Sam. So that they can live successfully.

When a family takes care of its members, the whole family does well. The injured or sick one gets a chance to heal and be healthy. The same should apply to apply to those Americans who fought in the armed forces. Uncle Sam can do this. Help Americans first, then others. A parent will feed his hungry family first before he feeds others.

Give the love back that these people gave to this country that passed on and are still alive.❤️

Counting your blessings.

What does “having it all” mean to you? Is it attainable?

You may have it all and not even realize it. It is a matter of taking the time yo see them.

Some may just want more than what they need. Living in opulence and greed. And still want more while worrying how to keep what they have.

If I were to say if having it all would mean if I were happy, healthy, have my loved ones, a home, things we needed or wanted, we could afford, that would be yes. We have it all through CHRIST JESUS and the sacrifice HE gave on the cross to save the souls of all mankind!

It is attainable to have it all through GOD’S blessings!

We have it all through CHRIST because JESUS gave HIS all on the cross to save our souls from death in hell. And it is the choice of mankind to accept JESUS to have it all.

Praise and glory be to GOD for all eternity!

Peace and blessings ❤️

Hey Ma, how are you doing?

Who would you like to talk to soon?

When I call my Mother, it is always “Hey Ma , how are you doing?”

I always look up to my Mother still to this day. She is so cool. She has kept her Christian values firm even in the movie industry. And we all know that the entertainment industry is even worse now in our day!

She wasn’t famous like anyone you may know. But to me, she is. She is my Mommy ❤️❤️❤️

Well dressed, poised, well spoken GODLY woman from then in this extra part in one of the movies she was in to all scenes she has done. I am very proud and honored to have a blessed woman like her.

My Mother is a praying woman. When you put GOD before fame and fortune, you win. Always. Back then, she told me how women she knew who would comprise their standards to get ahead. And they would get a part or two but would wind up having to start over. And then not get as far as my Mother had.

I love my Mother. I respect her and honor. I enjoy talking to her, too. Even when we get to heaven and are with the LORD GOD, we will enjoy being there to praise our GOD together ❤️. With all of our loved ones who crossed over before us. Family and friends ❤️

I will calling you Ma tonight! Love you!

Peace and blessings ❤️

GOD has such wisdom and creativity!

GODs creation. So beautiful! Sometimes, just to sit back and watch nature is better to calm a busy and tired spirit !

When the winter is at rest for a bit of time, you see life in the colors of the sky and the greenery on the earth. As though the earth was asleep for those past months!

I am always amazed at what I see in the springtime. The plants that look like they were asleep for months are now glowing in color.

GOD made this beautiful flower!

Imagine what heaven would be like if this is just a sample of it here with the earth being left alone and violated by those who are money hungry. Who will tear down trees for money. Who will tear up land to build houses in scenic locations.

Peaceful scenery .

The next time you are outside, be it your own backyard. Notice the greenery around you. Remember who gave the earth this life on it. Thar GOD has the wisdom and power above us creation. Thank GOD for this greenery, too. Have your Bible with you and read a few verses about creation.

Genesis 1:29

“And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.”

King James Version (KJV)

Take your Bible outside with you to read the word on a nice evening. You will feel a wonderful connection when you do. It is so humbling and comforting!

The cross of JESUS.

What personal belongings do you hold most dear?

The fact that JESUS is the son of the one and only true living GOD means a lot to me. To be so loved by the one and only true living GOD, to send HIS only son to this fallen world, is beyond my understanding of the amount or level of GOD’S love.

Not just for me but for all mankind.

JESUS made the ultimate sacrifice by giving HIS life on the cross. And that type of death is beyond painful for is a slow death designed by unsaved souls.

The cross to me represents what JESUS went through. Along with JESUS obeying and trusting our FATHER GOD to the end when JESUS said it is done.

My beloved Grandmother was a GODLY woman who had a large 3ft wooden cross with a bronze JESUS nailed on it. I was always fascinated by it and how it was designed. As a child, it made me think about JESUS as being so strong. To tolerate such cruelty from humans that HE came to save!

Since then, I have always wanted to have a cross of my own. To show my respect for what JESUS has done for all of us mankind. I still show my faith in GOD and HIS SON JESUS as I still wear the cross.

And I still have my Grandmother’s that was handed down to me.❤️❤️❤️

My collection of GODs word. The HOLY Bible.

Do you have any collections?

This one was given to me that has a matching twin notebook . They were given to me by a co-worker! 😃

We have more than one Bible in our car, what we carry with us, and we have in our house. There are times when we need to pray or look up scripture that is going to help us get through a situation.

The Bible is very comforting to Mr. When no one else is around, family is not near, GOD is. And HE let’s me know it too. As only the one who made me can.

I will write in my Bible personal things that came to me through reading a particular book and verse. These loving words from GOD will reach out to me as though they were ment just fir me in any situation.

Studying the Bible is continuous every single day. Having the KJV of the Bible is the 2nd version to read that I prefer. 2nd is the NIV. Then there is the chronological Bibles, too.

Even if there is no hard copy of the Bible near me for some reason, I have my cell phone for quick reference. Or laptop. The cell phone will quickly help you to look up verses..

See? This is a screen shot of “

I can never have enough of GOD,JESUS, THE HOLY GHOST, with GOD’S word around me.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. A season for the cold weather.

How do you feel about cold weather?

I like the cold weather. But it doesn’t like me. If it gets to below 40 degrees, it is time for my heavy winter coat. 😐

The cold weather is good and bad. It looks beautiful when there is a snowfall that covers the trees in such a way that it looks like glass when the sun shines on them!

I know GOD created seasons for a reason. But it is beyond human understanding. And we can only assume as to why we have cold weather.

Cold weather does have its advantages. There are no flies , knats, or mosquitoes to bother you when you are outside. 😄

Ecclesiastes 3:1 – 3:8

1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

I would love to be in temperatures of 65 to 75 degrees all year. I am happy to shelter, food, good health, and ways to keep warm when it is cold.

Peace and blessings ❤️

Broken bones make good soup. Recipe below.

Have you ever broken a bone?

No. To the prompt question. Thank GOD ❤️

For thank GOD no one in my family has had a broken bone on my side of the family or in my husband’s that I am aware of.

Soup bones came to my mind.

The bones that get broken are chicken, pork, lamb, fish, turkey, or beef. I am sorry to say that for anyone who eats meat. I have tried to for about a year. It didn’t set well with, and I lost energy. 😕

But for this recipe from “serious eats” were cut. Still tasty though 😋

Roasted Marrow Bones

Total25 mins

Serves6 servings

  • 2 to 3 pounds (907g to 1360g) beef marrow bones, split lengthwise or cut crosswise into 2-inch segments
  • 1 cup (28g) pickled flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) champagne vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Toasted slices of bread
  • Pickled Mustard Seeds

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232ºC). Place marrow bones, marrow side up, on a tray or in an ovenproof skillet. Roast until bones are lightly browned, about 20 minutes. (Some fat will render from the marrow, but majority of marrow should stay in the bone.)
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, toss parsley with vinegar and olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle bones with salt and pepper. Serve bones immediately, with toasts, pickled mustard seeds, and parsley salad.

This recipe was cross-tested in 2022 and lightly updated to guarantee best results. It was first published as part of the series that explored recipes for offal and other under-utilized ingredients.

Hebrews 11:6

“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

King James Version (KJV)

Pray for in all things to GOD for HIS protection at all times in all we do. Pray for excellent health and healing when you need it! Stay safe and sound. And may the only broken bones you see will be like in this recipe. (Even though these were cut! 🙂)

A balanced life with GOD leading us.

How do you balance work and home life?

Multi-tasking at work. No matter what type of honest work you do, always do the work for GOD.

When you do 40 hours or more a week you can get burned out depending on what you are doing repitionously. So even when you are off the clock you need to wind down.

And relax with your loved ones going out after work if you can. Even to get an ice cream for a treat on a nice summer evening over looking a lake or ocean.

We have our devotions to our FATHER GOD in Bible study and prayer.

Relaxing and enjoying GODS creation!

For us, this is relaxing and quiet. No phones from the office, no office chit chat, no distractions to contend with.

But if it’s winter and you can’t find anything to do, being inside watching a movie or an interesting YouTube channel.

Leadfarmer73, ladylead ,Homestead Heart , and That 1870’s homestead are our favorite ones for gardening.

When I hear them get going and see them on YouTube on gardening, it takes my mind off of work. They are enjoying being out on their land. Growing their food!

The balance is with GOD in all you do. He is the balance!

Peace and blessings ❤️
