Do you or your family make any special dishes for the holidays?
We celebrate Christmas by giving thanks to our beloved FATHER GOD for JESUS. The fact that JESUS came from heaven, where everything was perfectly good to a fallen world.
We do love our JESUS. We do thank our beloved FATHER GOD for JESUS. Because without JESUS, we are not getting into heaven without HIM.
So for the menu that my husband wants is ham, macaroni and cheese, stringbeans, and fresh homemade bread.
My home made bread.
Bread is best warm from the oven with melted butter. Right?
My husband’s fave is my Mac and cheese. Greens give the meal more flavor!
1 Corinthians 10:31
βWhether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.β
King James Version (KJV)
You know what ,I heard my husband talking in his sleep about the meal too! He was saying he wanted a bigger slice. If it was for the pie, he wouldn’t have room in reality!ππππ
What’s the hardest decision you’ve ever had to make? Why?
Being one of those independent women who left an adulterous marriage. I had to raise my kids as a single parent. I did have my mother to help me with GOD’S grace!
Having to do everything on my own, take my kids to school, help them with their homework, get my driver’s license, and pass the driver’s test on the first try. Then , I got a car for the first time, too.
Determined not to be bothered with another relationship, GOD saw another option. I had 3 jobs at one time. One per child. Only saw my kids when waking them up and putting them to bed for the most part on week days. The weekends, I tried to take them places for being good.
After a few years of my independence, being comfortable at going to church, taking care of the kids and my mom when she needed help too.
But then. Just when I had no interest, my current husband was pursuing me, and after a year, we married.
Funny thing. When you are not looking for a relationship , there seem to be many men around who will find you interesting. Wanting to start a relationship. But keeping my thoughts on GOD first is what saved me from the losers. This is why it is best to wait on GOD, and it will happen.
Northern weather in winter can feel like this!
Being in warmer weather, there is a longer growing season for a garden. And you have more of a variety of food to grow what you like to eat!
See, from moving FROM the beautiful southern weather TO cold northern weather was not what I wanted. I enjoyed living in the warmer climate. BUT this was where the new husband lived.
Southern weather is like this about 2/3 of the year!
My comfort zone was in the warmer weather because you were outside more. Eating fresh veggies more from your garden.
I was led to come here for now by GOD leading me. It is a test of faith. I am waiting for what else our beloved FATHER GOD will lead us to.
So for all of you single people. Focus on GOD first. He knows who your mate will be. You have to put GOD first and not seeking a mate first.
What technology would you be better off without, why?
I made mention of the technology that I’d used to identify employees in a company. They created a chip that would not only identify its employees without a badge, but these same employees could buy food from a vending machine in the company cafeteria. π
Listen. This is why many people are choosing to live off the grid. Meaning becoming self-sufficient. This world is going more and more out of control by the second. Taking personal information and putting it into a small chip and then inserting it into a person.
I can see complications at all levels with this. If this technology got twisted and people up yo no good got a hold of it, what do you think would happen π€?
Living off grid with close family members.
If you can avoid anything that will have you lose your freedom to live in peace, do so. Mankind survived before technology. Life may have been harder, but we pulled through.
Because letting others test new technology on you is trusting in mankind and not GOD.
I find comfort in winter times, especially to wear a jacket or hoodie when it’s cold. When a cold breeze comes towards you, it doesn’t hit you as hard! For the hood shields you from it.
What i like about wearing hoodies the most is when you put it on fresh from the dryer! I tell you it is very comforting. Like warm loving protection from the cold.
Like feeling a warm hug from the Creator of all heaven and earth. GOD is letting you know HE is with you and loves you. That kind of good feeling. π
As for the second thing I like to wear is my cruxifix of silver. To openly let people know I am s Christian. That I have declared JESUS as my savior. Because I love JESUS β€οΈ
JESUS is my perfect savior!
So if you see me with a jacket, it most likely will have a hood. And I will have my cruxifix on. It’s my way of telling people about JESUS.
I do hope you all are well and good. Right now, in New York, it is about 32 degrees in November when i am writing this. So, keeping warm is important !
My heart right now is on the consequences we face when we gossip on others. Speculation about a person and then forming an opinion based on your feelings.
Feelings only. Based on others, those who watch without getting to truly know, with the intent to hurt them or ruin their reputation.
While pretending to be right and innocent of the assumptions you have. This is being deceitful.
Exodus 23:1
βThou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.β
King James Version (KJV)
And when working in a large office with mainly female coworkers, it happens often like every single day . Some seem to enjoy it.
The first person you tell your story to will pass it on to the next person like a pyramid scheme. Getting more people involved in it and telling the lie told by person one.
Quickly, the story flows like a raging river out of control, causing all kinds of destruction. Innocent trees, vegetation, animals , people, and property ruined.
Ephesians 4:29
βLet no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.β
King James Version (KJV)
The Bible is very clear about gossiping. When we make up stories about people based on one’s feelings that will cause harm, it never turns out right. Eventually, it backfires into trouble for the one starting it. Where no one can trust them now.
James 4:11
βSpeak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.β
King James Version (KJV)
Try not to gossip. This is hard to do so as not to talk about what a person has done openly done to you or others. Because you do not want to add your own feelings it.
You may interpret something that wasn’t really happening
From Google Quora.
Let us not listen or tell anything about anyone that is negative as best as we can with JESUS to help us. The intent on telling information that was told to you in secret should stay right there.
Unless you are planning a surprise birthday party. You will need to tell that secret to all you invite. π
